Keepsake Inclusion Service
Including your treasured keepsakes requires additional preparation, careful handling and a bespoke design process. I charge 5€ for this service to cover the extra time and care taken to preserve and incorporate your precious items into your handcrafted piece.
Every care is taken when handling your treasured items. However, because many inclusions are delicate or irreplaceable, no guarantee can be given against damage caused by their condition or the resin casting process. If I have any concerns about incorporating your items, I'll discuss the options with you before work begins.

I understand that the items you send may be irreplaceable. Every keepsake entrusted to Heart & Resin is handled with the utmost care, respect and attention throughout the creation process. If I believe an item isn't suitable for inclusion, I'll always contact you before proceeding.
