Heart & Resin creates handmade, personalised resin keepsakes. All items are made to order with care and attention. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Made-to-Order & Personalisation
All Heart & Resin products are made to order and may include personalised elements such as names, dates, wording, or inclusions.
Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, each piece will have natural variations. These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of resin art and are not considered faults.
3. Order Processing & Production Time
Production times are listed on each product page and may vary depending on demand.
Estimated times are provided as guidance only. While we do our best to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to curing times, material availability, or seasonal demand.
4. Colours & Appearance
Colours may appear slightly different in real life compared to screen images due to lighting, screen settings, and the resin curing process.
Silver accents, pigments, and inclusions may vary subtly between pieces.
5. Cancellations & Changes
As items are made to order, cancellations or changes can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.
6. Returns & Refunds
Personalised and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assess the issue.
If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier. Heart & Resin is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
